A Humble Chef,
The recipe sounds fantastic. Just one eensy request from someone who uses The Joy of Cooking and has ordinary kitchen gear... Is there a chance you can post a conversion table from metric to imperial? I'm used to my recipes in tbsps and tsps, not to mention pinches, dashes, and heaps.
Cheers,

Thanks for the feedback. That is an excellent suggestion and as soon as I have time I will have it ready for you.
I don't want to discriminate the UIL (United Imperial Loyalists).

we went over to our friends house for dinner. I brought your brownies for desert, everyone loved them. I've sent your blog to a couple more people.
